30 Minutes of Massage geared towards a specific target area of your choosing. This can be spot treatment of an ache or pain, or just a "pick-me-up" relaxation session. *Does not include a full body massage. If you would like full body, then please select a 60-minute or 90-minute treatment. Thank you.

Start off your massage with a warm, therapeutic eye mask that is enhanced with Aromatherapy beads. This will be a calming, relaxation treatment that is great for your mid-day lunch break, or whenever you need a little self-care time! Once the eye mask is placed, you will receive a scalp, hand, & foot massage. It is perfect to calm your nervous system down and put a little pep in your step for the rest of the day. *Please inform therapist of any allergies to scents/essential oils before beginning--there will be an alternative eye mask for anyone who has sensitivities. 60 Minutes of a full body massage involving the many modalities & techniques we offer. We will chat about your expectations for the massage, and what you hope the outcome will be. Then, we will form a personalized treatment plan that will let your healing journey begin.

60 minutes of massage specifically tailored to expecting mothers who are hurting or stressed from the daily aches and pains of growing new life. Motherhood is a rewarding, but hard journey, especially on the body. We will aim to have you relaxed, as well as focus on certain trouble areas, such as lower back, neck, shoulders, and feet. We will have you propped up with wedges, bolsters, & pillows in your own little warm cocoon, and a majority of the session will have you in the safe, side-lying position. Side lying takes pressure off of the growing bump and gives better access to your back to ease that strain. *Prenatal massage is now considered safe during any trimester of the pregnancy. You know your body best, but as always, with any treatment, please use your discretion and talk with your doctor if you have any concerns that may need to be brought up with your massage therapist. We want a safe, happy environment for you and your soon to be little one. Thank you.

Synergy Stones are contoured to fit against the body in a natural way, letting your therapist access your trouble spots more easily, and cover more surface area. You will be massaged WITH the stones, as opposed to "traditional" where they are usually just "placed". Synergy Stones aim to melt away the tensions and stress and relax your muscles in the best way possible. *There are some contraindications for Hot Stone massage and the therapist will go over them with you before the session begins, to make sure that you are safe, and that you will get the best benefits of the massage.
